We want you to be happy with your report. If the progress report isn't useful to you, we'll refund it — no complicated process.
Email support@statetestscores.com from the address you used to buy, within 30 days of purchase, and we'll issue a full refund. You don't need to give a reason.
Refunds are returned to your original payment method through our payment provider. It can take a few business days for the credit to appear, depending on your bank or card issuer.
If anything about your purchase went wrong — you didn't receive your unlock or email, or were charged incorrectly — just contact us and we'll make it right.
