District of Columbia Geometry: what a high-school score means

Who takes this test

These numbers are the DC public and public charter school students who took each high-school course exam (PARCC, then DC CAPE), by the school where they tested. Algebra I, Geometry and Algebra II count high-school students (grades 9-12) only; middle-school students who take those courses are not included. English I and II count every student who took them. OSSE hides groups of fewer than 10 students.

Is a particular score good?

A score's meaning depends on where it lands in the ranges above, and on how it compares to other students who took the same test. Our free tool turns a Geometry score into an estimated percentile versus the school, LEA and the whole state, so you can see where a score stands, not just its level.
