Who takes this test

ELA and Math: the Smarter Balanced tests Washington gives in 10th grade. Each year counts the 10th graders who took them that spring. Students in 11th or 12th grade may retake the test for a graduation pathway, and those retakes are not counted. Science: the Washington Comprehensive Assessment of Science (WCAS), given in 11th grade, counting the 11th graders who took it that spring; 12th graders who retake it are not counted. Students who take the alternate assessment (WA-AIM) are not included.
