Score ranges by performance level

2024 to 2026

From 2024, Grade 10 ELA has a new score scale (179 to 308) and new level names, so a score from before 2024 is not directly comparable to one from 2024 on. Percentiles are, because each year is compared with its own students.

Who takes this test

Grade 9 ELA and Grade 10 ELA include the students enrolled in that grade who took the state ELA test, as Florida's school report cards report them. Algebra 1 and Geometry include students who took the end-of-course test in the spring as first-time testers, in any grade, so middle-school students who take the course early are included and counted at their middle school; retakes are not included. Biology 1 includes students in grades 9 to 12 who took the end-of-course test, not middle-school students. US History includes 11th graders who took the end-of-course test.
